Oh, come on, Gary!  Really.  It's quite simple.

Plus, it doesn't hurt to call the police and get a liaison name there, 
too.  It was when we did that, when Bush came to stump for Mitt-wit, 
that we told the police in advance there would be trouble if we were 
penned up and Republicans allowed to roam free.  The police then 
informed the Mittwit supporters they'd have to stand in the "First 
Amendment Zone" with us....and they got back in their bus and fled!
