in most cities you start with mayor's office and work down, giving generous earfuls to folks all the way.
 
but i thought that a lawyer from the guild had straightened tha out? didn't i see an email about this a day or two ago?

   Does anyone know if there is a specifc "City of Boston" phone number, fax number, or e-mail we can write into to demand that the city issue us a permit for a rally on the Boston Common?  We demand "free" speech, not "$1 million" speech, which is a violation of our first ammendment rights because it turns this ammendment from a "right" into a priveldge that can only be bought by the rich.  
   If we had the above contact information, we could start sending out e-mail announcements getting others to call and e-mail in support.
