[O29] Outreach proposal

Hey all,

At the outreach meeting today we agreed on a proposal for a
well-coordinated outreach effort of leaf-letting, postering, tabling,
etc on the streets for 0ct 29.  In the proposal there is a scheduling
chart which will be used to sign people up to bottom-line an effort in
a specific location and specific time.  We must all step up our
efforts and sign up for these role and we will have to call on all
contacts and periphery to help us with this effort.  It is crucial
that individuals/groups take charge of their effort (bottom-line) so
we can have a clear division of labor and begin to decentralize this
enormous task of outreach on the streets.
