<DIV>   Does anyone know if there is a specifc "City of Boston" phone number, fax number, or e-mail we can write into to demand that the city issue us a permit for a rally on the Boston Common?  We demand "free" speech, not "$1 million" speech, which is a violation of our first ammendment rights because it turns this ammendment from a "right" into a priveldge that can only be bought by the rich.  </DIV>
<DIV>   If we had the above contact information, we could start sending out e-mail announcements getting others to call and e-mail in support. </DIV>
