Is anyone doing publicity for the fundraiser Oct. 8th? Please send pr to
radio stations. I am not on the media committee, but the fundraiser needs
help. People are not going to know about it unless we put our butts in gear
and get it announced in media. This Friday at 10pm I'm going on 91.9FM (I
believe) Tufts radio station with Eddy Dyer, political folk rock singer
extraordinaire, and will promote Assembling Peace II and the Oct 29 Rally.
If anyone wants to join our FLYERING & SIDEWALK CHALK campaign this week.
Contact me or Rosalie. We will be hitting the streets with flyers and
sidewalk
chalk making art and noise about our events. It will be a blast! We can
dress
up in costume, dance and sing going down the street leaving artistic
advertisements in our wake, and handing out flyers.
Locations to hit include Centre St. Jamaica Plain, Central Sq. and Harvard
Sq. Cambridge, Fanieul Hall Boston, Downtown Crossing thru Park St. Boston
Commons, any others? Contact:
Nate Peyman 617-899-8430 peacenate at yahoo.com
Rosalie Barnes 617-504-1246 rosaliebarnes at yahoo.com
I am interested in going out early TUESDAY EVENING to flyer and make art.
I
can't commit to this yet, but anyone willing to join me in JP let me know!
THURSDAY @ NOON in Central or Harvard Square, Cambridge let's meet for
flyering
and sidewalk chalk. And FRIDAY @ NOON - (LOCATION?)...
For those who don't know where Spontaneous Celebrations is, it's right next
to
Stony Brook T stop on the Orange line. 45 Danforth St., Jamaica Plain, MA
Get yourself some flyers and start putting em up.
